Using Autodesk ‘Revit’ Software, we provide full MEP Modelling suite packages to all required levels of detail. We are experienced and skilled in all fields of MEP systems and provide high quality, clash free models to the required level of details.
2D drawings are provided fully from the model to UK standards or to client requirements.
BIM Setup, Management and Maintenance
How a BIM project is set up largely dictates how well it is run for the life of the project through to completion. We employ great attention to detail to create a bespoke package to your needs and mould it into exactly what is required. A project package is only as healthy as the sum of its composite parts. That is why we take great pride in our life cycle BIM project management.
Clash Detection/Reporting/Design Team Meetings
We provide digital Construction management. Clash detection to our own in-house standards but also, if required, to be the BIM project Lead and provide the clash detection and reporting for the design team, as a whole.
Using Autodesk Navisworks for our in-house clash detection processes, we are also well versed in the multiple available cloud-based reporting software packages including, but not limited to, ‘Revizto’, BIMCollab & BIM Track.
Asset Data Management/COBie
Many BIM Projects require Asset data as part of the package. With the aim being that, once a project is handed over to the client, the facilities management provider and client can use the, still live, BIM model to track service records, maintenance regularity and life cycles of MEP Equipment and fixtures. For this reason, reliable Asset data input and management may be a must for your project.
